Lethal Concepts LLC

Well, I’ve filed for the LLC. I’m going to reveal more over time, but what I can say is the business is going to be in the textile industry manufacturing a fabric wrap for firearms. The process can be adapted to making wraps for cellphones, tablets, kettlebells, multitools, game controllers, tactical flashlights, all kinds of stuff, but my initial focus is on the conceal carry handgun market.

There are other fabric gun grips on the market, but what sets mine apart is quite frankly genius. It will become obvious over time. It adds an entire marketing dimension to the idea that others aren’t currently doing, and will give users an additional way to “gucci” their glock. it has a lot of potential, and more will be revealed later on.

Carrying a handgun is uncomfortable and partly because the grip texture is rough. The fabric wrap is soft but enhances grip, and reduces the discomfort of having the grip rubbing across the users belly all day.

The product will be marketed under a different name – and that name is still under “wraps” until I file the trademark. Lethal Concepts is just the wrapper for legal stuff and will house the adjacent businesses I will create underneath.

During the startup phase I will be busy designing patterns, making grip templates, and conducting market and product research by 1) applying a fabric wrap to pistols and testing it for wear, longevity, and performance 2) selling wraps on eBay, Etsy, and the website for the company.

Another aspect of the business is that I’m creating IP – I will allow other firearms businesses to license my patterns and fabrics.

I also will be “aiming” to create a vast library of firearm cad files which I can sell to other firearms businesses. This project will happen as I expand, but I’ll be buying the equipment to 3d scan dozens of makes and models of handguns for other firearms companies to pattern their products on.

I’ll also retail products directy through my storefront.

So there we have 3 businesses:

1: A fabric wrap for firearms

2: Intellectual property – fabric designs and gun cad files

3: A wholesale and retail operation

Why Lethal Concepts? Well I thought it sounded pretty badass. I was going to go with Lethal Dynamics but the .com was taken and I didn’t want to hyphenate it. Lethal Concepts sounds less like a military industrial company and more like a marketing company for a gun product, and that’s essentially what Lethal Concepts LLC is.
