Kapakoulac

Believe it or not, Kapakoulac is probably the ideal male physique. I mean look at this dude, he’s an absolute unit. He’s maxed out that barbell and has 16 plates hanging off of it. The barbell is bending like Beckham.
He has legs like the stumps of a sequoia tree. Shoulders like sand dunes, and a hump of fat on his back that looks like a Swallow-bellied Mangalitsa hog. Kapakoulac looks like what you’d get if you mated a silver back gorilla with an Abrams tank.
He is genetically optimized for pump. He’s about 5’3 max (he says he’s 6’1) which means he’s low to the ground and doesn’t waste a lot of energy fighting gravity. He also isn’t wasting any energy growing hair from the top of his head, he’s using every calorie for gains. He’s got a light coat of body hair, but that’s important, it’s moisture wicking, and helps keep him cool when he’s lifting the weight of a Volkswagen.
His large and rotund belly makes him immune to punches, hangs over his groin to protect his tender bits, and also protects him from more advanced attacks by serious weapons, like billy clubs.
He’s a wall of meat, with a low center of gravity, he’s hard to topple over, and if he gets underneath you, look out — because you’re definitely going down.
So what really matters for a man? Being beautiful, or being strong? Strong is an understatement. This guy is dominant. I think we need to leave beauty to the girls. Strength over aesthetics. One look at this guy and you know he’s good to swing a sledge hammer, bale things that need baling, or operate heavy machinery.
The real question is how does one achieve this size? personally I’ve been eating about 3-5 eggs a day, hitting the protein shakes, and lifting weights but it takes years to put on size like this guy has. It’s impressive in other ways besides just the biology of the mass. To gain this kind of size you have to do the same thing day in and day out, for a decade or more and that is eat large and lift heavy.
That is to say you don’t end up looking like Kapakoulac by accident. This was an intentional design choice made by the man himself, and that is the most interesting part of this. He chose to look like that. He has chosen it every single day he’s continued to build it. I’m not kidding when I say that he’s got my respect for that.
His strength isn’t just gym muscle. He pushes as much as 1870lbs on a sled. He’s known for explosive movement and unconventional form. He’s more a strongman than a traditional body builder. He can reportedly curl 309 pounds. That’s almost 10x what I curl! He also squats around 800lbs.
I really do appreciate things that cannot be appreciated by people who don’t understand it at first glance. You really have to dig down and see that this guy is the gold standard for what he wants to be, and that’s impressive. He’s living as his authentic self. All 440lbs of it.
