
I’m premature, I’ve completed 39 workouts in a row but today is my 40th which I will complete later today.
I can see the changes happening to my shoulders, arms, chest and back, my legs feel more defined as well.
I’m not sure daily workouts are the best strategy, but I just seem to need to do them daily for my own good.
Some days I do less than others but I have done some kind of workout every day, though I did cheat a little and count stretching and massage as a workout when I was very sore.
I’ll update again when I hit another couple weeks.
