I Did Something Anyway

Hit a new Personal Record. I squat 208lbs for 5 sets of 5 reps.

10 years ago I got to like 185/190 before I threw my back out. It knocked me out for 6 weeks or so and by that time my motivation had faded.

This time around I went back to 165, just took my time building reps and adding weight and today decided to go for it. Actually 2 days ago I did 5 sets of 5 reps for a 208lb deadlift.
